Hey! I’m Hunter.
A photographer, videographer, and writer who loves capturing and sharing stories that resonate with people. I’m a forever student and lover of life - searching for ways to share my lessons and journey through story-telling and imagery.
With my personal work having a focus on environmentalism, mental health, and travel, I like to bring elements of this into my professional work - taking brands captures up a notch by adding elements that help their audience feel more seen, connected, and inspired. I believe creating in this way not only adds value to the content, but to the brand itself and instills loyalty in their audience.
As a nomadic person, I’m not often in one place for long - but am currently in NSW Australia!
As the digital space demands more quality and quantity of content, there has never been more of a time to invest in your brands presence and get ahead of the need to be showing up consistently in the online world.
Whether it’s a monthly/quarterly retainer to keep your photo/video library and blog active + always up to date; or planning a more in-depth creative shoot with a clear story and message; or writing a detailed review of a new product taken out on its first adventure…
Whatever the vision or story, we at the Golden Hour Collective are here to help bring it to life.
Founded in 2023, The Community serves as the foundation and origin of Golden Hour. A space for sharing resources and reflections on mental health and environmentalism as a traveller.
I spent a lot of time wanting to create a new personal project, but struggled to narrow down a path. I wanted it to be something meaningful for myself and others; Something to inspire reflection, change, and connection, and encourage seeking more knowledge. As I sat with and reflected on the things that matter to me most – I found I could tie every one of them back to one of two categories: mental health and the environment.
As a mindful traveller/adventure seeker, these topics - while seemingly vastly separate - become interwoven into every aspect of day-to-day life. It’s for this reason The Community is supported by three pillars: Connection (travel), Healing (mental health), and Impact (environmentalism). Throughout the writings you’ll always find a focus of at least one of these pillars.
