No. 50 | Don’t Rush
"Looking back on where I was this time last year, it’s incredible to see just how much can change in 365 days. At that point, I was at the start of what would become one of the most painful chapters of my life—an experience that, until now, I never really let myself share in my writing. I thought my shift in storytelling was a creative choice, but in truth, it was a way to hide what I was going through.
Now, after more than six months of reclaiming control over my life, being back in Australia is stirring emotions I didn’t expect. It’s a reminder of those final, difficult months on my last visa and a nudge to share my story with those who might need it. This journey has shown me that while saying goodbye never gets easier, embracing where you are and the opportunities before you is essential. This is my season to continue healing, find gratitude in the little moments, and build the life I dream of."
